I bought my CR-V at Hendrick 6 years ago. The vehicle has been great. Service Dept is excellent. This was the first visit handled by Jasmine Young because other advisors I knew left the company. Jasmine did been great. Service Dept is excellent. This was the first visit handled by Jasmine Young because other advisors I knew left the company. Jasmine did everything right. She got me in quickly, described the brake work needed, quoted the price and stuck to it, called me to return, and wrapped up the transaction efficiently. Very friendly and professional. I will certainly call Jasmine next time I need service. Why isn't she on the list of service people? I give her 5 stars. More

I will never be back. I was quoted a timeframe of an hour to hour and ten minutes and it took two hours. Nick was terrible, when I inquired about how long it will take his cocky attitude was present and hour to hour and ten minutes and it took two hours.
