Our Pilot (bought @ Hendrick 7/2020) wouldn’t start. Ran it in after work and had diagnostics run, battery replaced and out in under an hour at a great price. Matt Winslow was the best. He was able to work me in quickly and keep me informed of the challenges. The water pump needed replaced because the bearing was going out. It took approximately an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Is that standard or was I just being impatient?
