I usually have a good experience at this dealership but this time in I felt like I was trying to be talked into getting service I didn’t need. I was also told my battery was bad but when I left I drove str this time in I felt like I was trying to be talked into getting service I didn’t need. It took over an hour to reach a real person on the phone. I had to go through about 6-7 people just to CONFIRM an appointment. Also, we asked the lady (she was nice) if there was a rental car we could use and she suggested Hertz but my car was only there for a couple of hours, so I walked everywhere. Upon returning to the dealership she goes “oh did you guys walk?” And we were like “yeah.” And she goes “oh we have a shuttle that’ll take you anywhere you want to go.” Like excuse me? Why not tell me this when I’m asking about a rental car. Everyone was nice, but I just don’t understand how no one could confirm an appointment and why I couldn’t get in contact with a real person, and why she wouldn’t mention the shuttle until AFTER my car was fixed ???? More
