Nice dealership and friendly employees. I think I received a fair price and based on my previous Honda relationship, I trust my vehicle will receive good service. HOWEVER, being told the charge to received a fair price and based on my previous Honda relationship, I trust my vehicle will receive good service. HOWEVER, being told the charge to upgrade my one year old NAV would be $80.00! I went for a 5K service and NAV update. Told the update would take 4-hours when I was told it would be two hours. I was told the free update requires that I update it my self. I thought out of courtesy Hendricks should have just done it and salvaged a good customer. Apparently, it’s more important to get $80.00 and have a disappointed customer. More
