My brakes were making strange sounds and I was afraid of them failing. I drove straight to the dealership and they attended me right away. The advisor took my CRV for a test drive and determined that it was them failing. I drove straight to the dealership and they attended me right away. The advisor took my CRV for a test drive and determined that it was rust on the rotors I asked them to do the 10K minder maintenance and an hour and a half later I was driving home in a fully serviced and washed vehicle and all for a reasonable fee. My wife drives a Lexus which has great service but this Honda dealership has them beat. Ok ok ok the Cappuccino machine was nicer at Lexus lol More

Leased a new Pilot. The lumbar support broke at 2K miles. I took it into Hendrick who said it needed a part. I called after waiting 3 weeks for the part. Today service says the part was ordered but they don't have an ETA. Very disappointed. More
