I was charged $101 for an appointment to observe the car on the lift. The resulting diagnosis was what I already told them what was wrong without spending a dime. In addition, I was quoted $441 to replace 1 rr strut. Upon collecting other quotes I found that I was able to get both rear struts replaced for $179. Worst part is I asked up front if they were covered under warranty. Not until I parted ways with $101 was I informed that they were not covered under warranty. This is an absolute example of bait and switch and never again will I cross Hendrick Honda’s threshold again. More
