Michal Knight is the perfect sales associate as he is caring, considerate and courteous. He’s always available and cares about his customers. Michal goes out of his way to make certain that you not only get a great deal but also helps you understand why Honda has a quality product. Management is mostly unseen in dealerships but not Robert Stuart. He always makes you feel welcome and takes time to be visible for any questions or sales. He’s kind, considerate and cares about you as a person, not just a client! I buy Hondas because of service and Tammy Hines is a major asset to this dealership. She is always there for you, doesn’t persuade any unnecessary repairs and is very proficient at her job. She’s even helped to solve some service issues at out of state Honda dealerships as she’s my service rep and she “takes care of her people!” She’s thorough, consistent and love her sense of humor!There are many other associates and people that make Hendrick a great dealership . I bought a Subaru outback about a month ago. It is very frustrating because my dashboard will not turn off and all it does is glitch and it’s very distracting. I cannot believe I can’t get someone to call me back or help me get this fixed. We were greeted at Hendrick Honda by Francis who was very helpful in finding us the Honda we wanted. He made the usual ordeal of buying\leasing a car much more pleasant. Made an online appointment for service witch went well the only problem is if you don't check a pre populated choice you may get stuck in a limbo sequence delaying the service.
