I had a 12:00 appointment. I waited the rest of the day to hear what was found out. Did not receive a call before closing. I waited the next day to hear what was found wrong and then i finally called before noon. I was told about the air-conditioning and gave the go ahead to have it repaired. At that time i was told about the battery and agreed to have it replaced. I was told at that time i would receive a call at the end of the day to tell me where they were on the work on the car. I did not receive a call at the end of the day and the next day i had to call to see if the work was done. I was also chatged $50.00 for "customer requests battery terminal service" i did not request it i was told about the battery. Then i was charged another $50.00 to replace battery. Unfortunately i did not pay attention to these charges when paying for the work. I brought the papers into the dealership who sold me my car and they pointed out the charge More
