The only reason i came in was because I was supposed to have the warranty (according to what they told me on the phone) by the time it was already in, the advisor happens to realize oh no i don’t have it! have the warranty (according to what they told me on the phone) by the time it was already in, the advisor happens to realize oh no i don’t have it! which he told me earlier it did. First the service was supposed to take 2 hours. Another lie. It took over a day to replace a very overpriced tire. Even after he called saying the tire didn’t make it (after 4 hours, thank goodness i went home) He said 10am the next day h could have it ready I called the e next day at 3pm to my surprise is not ready yet. ANOTHER 2 HOURS FOR A TORE REPLACEMENT, and after all THEY COULDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PUT MY SPARE TIRE IN A BAG OR IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Will never be coming back this is nothing like the Hendricks in Naples, what a world difference. I would much rather drive 2 hours down there to get my preferred member service I pay for with my lease. Never again. More
