Overall we've been happy with the service at Hendrick. The obvious fix on this last visit were front brakes and those seem better. However, this last visit, I was told 2 items were done and discovered af The obvious fix on this last visit were front brakes and those seem better. However, this last visit, I was told 2 items were done and discovered after check-out, they were not: 1) this is not all that important, but it was specifically said that the vehicle was washed, even though I hadn't asked for it. What a treat! It was obvious when approaching the car it hadn't been washed especially since there was originally emphasis made it was done using the new machine purchased since Hurricane Ian. 2) and more importantly, I specifically asked at check-in, while doing the inspection, that the tires be checked. When checking out, I was assured the tires were good and pressure was at the standard 32-34. I mentioned to the service guy we had the pressure up higher at 39-40, he assured me the tech would've fixed that to be down to the industry standard. As I'm driving off, I check the tire pressure on the automatic gauge and it was not adjusted. So with that, it causes concern if the vehicle was in fact checked thoroughly elsewhere. I do not have the name of the tech to "grade." More

He is professional, knowledgeable and exudes personality. He addressed my appointment items, asked several pertinent questions pertaining to future service recommendations and asked if I would like my HR-V washed, which I declined as I keep the outside in as pristine condition as possible. Nick is quite the gentleman and a credit to himself and the entire Hendrick Honda family. As an addendum to this review, I must say that on a previous service appointment, several service staff were eager to help me with a small issue that I could not perform myself. As it turned out, to their dismay, they too could not fix the issue but the point is, they all jumped in and tried to address the issue. As it turned out, one of the mechanics fixed the problem in just moments of addressing the issue.That alone speaks volumes about the staff at Hendrick Honda: they work as a team, a well oiled piece of machinery, in perfect harmony. Kudos to you, Hendrick Honda. Great job and thanks for caring for my Honda. More
