We had been in the market for several months and had talked with multiple d My wife and I recently purchased a used 2014 RAM 2500 from Hendrick Dodge. We had been in the market for several months and had talked with multiple dealers from North Carolina to Maryland. Hendrick was BY FAR the most helpful in getting us information and willing to negotiate price. Dave Mehihan was the sales associate we spoke with by phone and dealt with when we arrived at the dealership. The vehicle was not ready for sale but we were still able to test drive it and look it over. Dave made the whole buying process extremely easy. We told him what we wanted and what we could do and he made it possible very quickly. The vehicle needed warranty repairs and had a small amount of cosmetic work that had to be addressed. Due to the work required, I was unable to take delivery of the vehicle until a week later. I contacted Dave multiple times and he answered every question and provided updated photos throughout the week even when he was not working. After I took delivery of the truck, Dave still helped me get the final details taken care of. Our vehicle buying experience was great and I am quite pleased with my 2014 RAM 2500 and the service Dave Mehihan provided! More

The Service Department is a big JOKE !!!! I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 in December of 2015 from Hendrick Dodge, The Salesman Carl Napier was very nice and helpful, they were going to I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 in December of 2015 from Hendrick Dodge, The Salesman Carl Napier was very nice and helpful, they were going to purchase my 2011 R\T Challenger with a portion of the money going to the purchase price and the balance to me in a check.After completing the purchase it took many phone calls and 3 weeks to receive the check for the balance. Then back on July 28 2016 I encountered a problem with the front end causing me to hit a light pole "thank goodness at a low speed" after contacting Carl Napier to get info on who to contact, he quickly gave me some phone numbers to contact. One of them was the Service Department and I spike with Shawn Worczak Service Manager after explaining the situation to him he advised that the vehicle could be taken care of at the nearest Dodge Dealership. After talking with Superior Dodge of Henderson NC and them not being interested in dealing with truck since I didn't purchase it there and the bad attitude of service manager there. I decided to have vehicle towed back to Hendrick Dodge where I purchased it from since Mr. Worczak said they had a collision center and could take care of repairs there. Towed truck to Cary NC on August 8, talked with Mr. Worczak and gave him pieces of steering system. He advised he would get someone on it ASAP, after many calls and 3 weeks later the truck had not been not only checked but hadn't even been looked at by anyone at dealership. Mr. Worczak advised that I needed to have insurance company adjuster come look at vehicle and determine damage this was done3 days later after insurance adjuster called me to find out where vehicle was since the Dealership had no record of vehicle being there. I advised him of where it was parked on dealers lot. Recommendation and estimated cost of repairs were given to Service Department. Several more week passed and several more calls made voice mails left with no return calls until days later, nothing done to vehicle after 6 weeks of being there and me paying 6 weeks of price for rental vehicle. Well vehicle finally was moved to collision center, vehicle been there for almost 3 weeks as of 10-7-2016. Yes vehicle been down at Hendrick Dodge Dealership for 2 months and still there. Rick Hendrick "owner" was even contacted about lack of concern for customer by Dealership to no avail. Very disappointed with dealership and Dodge in general, I have owned Dodge vehicles since 1994. Trusted Mr.Hendrick to have well run dealership since he is from my home county of Mecklenburg County, Virginia, but thanks to Mr. Boyd for opening a new Dodge Dealership in South Hill, VA, "Boyd Dodge Jeep" I will have a new dealership to deal with if and when I do get my vehicle back. More

Service has been great I've only had service on my vehicles here, but I have to say I trust these guys and that's not an easy thing for me. I have dealt with dealerships w I've only had service on my vehicles here, but I have to say I trust these guys and that's not an easy thing for me. I have dealt with dealerships who push you to buy a car from them when you take your own car in for service, as if your car isn't worth working on. I have dealt with dealerships who find things wrong, when working on another thing, but I had no symptoms of that problem when driving the car, so I always sat in the waiting rooms dreading when my service guy would walk out to update me. I would wonder if it really was true, that while working on my brakes, my water pump was 'going out' ? I don't feel that way at Hendrick Dodge. I know if they find anything else wrong with my car, it's the truth. I have been taking my vehicles here for the last 9 years, from normal car inspections, periodical maintenance, oil changes to repairs, and have always had courteous service, fair prices for repairs, and quick responses to my problems. Their number is in my phone, so I feel assured when I go out on the road that someone will be there when I need them. More
