Your screwed once your out the door I am active duty military and was tax exempt from sales tax in my state. They charged me the sales tax anyways and told me to figure it out on my own. They have not responded to my last 10 or more emails and won’t return my phone calls. 4K is a lot of money to to take from a military guy it’s been well over a year now and nothing from them. Thanks for STEALING my hard earned money. **UPDATE ** we are now at 2.5 years with them trying to figure this out. I’ve sent them the forms which take 5 mins to fill out and they still keep giving me the runaround not returning my emails or texts. Now that I’m disabled from my military service and living off social security disability the money is even more important to help pay off my debts. Only option I have left now is to get a lawyer maybe they will respond to him. More

1st Time Dodge Owner I love my new Dodge Ram 1500. Motor Trend was right in selecting the 1500 as The 2019 Truck of The Year. My sales person Jason Fields was great. He was easy to work with, never pressured me and knew the product he was selling. It had undergone various diagnostics at various places and it still doesn't have a solution. The last such diagnostic was here. The issue still hasn't resolved but I would like to recognize and appreciate the effort of my service advisor Bryce Attenberry and his tech team. He's pleasant to work with. He kept texting me constant status updates. I believe the tech team tried all that they could, even working with the manufacturer to debug the issue. It's a pity that they couldn't find the root cause. I still ended up paying $250 for the diag. But thanks Bryce. More
