It had undergone various diagnostics at various places and it still doesn't have a solution. The last such diagnostic was here. The issue still hasn't resolved but I would like to recognize and appreciate the effort of my service advisor Bryce Attenberry and his tech team. He's pleasant to work with. He kept texting me constant status updates. I believe the tech team tried all that they could, even working with the manufacturer to debug the issue. It's a pity that they couldn't find the root cause. I still ended up paying $250 for the diag. But thanks Bryce. More

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I needed to trade my vehicle in for a newer version. My sales person, Joel Davenport and the General Manager, Chris Haider, worked with me to make sure my purchase experience was as painless as possible, and I left very pleased with my purchase. When he called and told me the price I sad "No do not do the work." I called 2 hrs later wondering why they didn't call me back to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. He said they did the work and then told me I was required to pay the bill. The shuttle dropped me off at Starbucks when I was waiting for 3 hours until it could pick me up. I went in for a recall! Never going back again. That is extremely unethical! More

I got a text from them the next day saying that they were going to look at the car. After (2) days of not hearing anything from them, I contacted them and they said that it was the clutch. I then called them to see how much the repair was and they told me $2,450 +/- for parts and $1,100 for labor. Which is insane. They told me I needed a flywheel and that it was on back order. At this point I figured they had torn down the transmission and saw all of this. Nope. The car was still sitting in the same place I left it. How would they have known that the car needed a flywheel if they never removed the trans to check? If the car actually needed all of those parts then fine, but the fact that they didn’t even look at it and just gave me a list of parts that make a manual trans work is laughable. They also charged me $160 for a “diagnostic” fee. Basically they got in the car put it in gear it didn’t go and said it needs a clutch. Which I already knew mind you. The issue is giving me a labor quote for changing parts that I didn’t even need. Then, on the work order it only mentioned that the clutch was bad. Not all the other parts they told me over the phone. They also left the doors unlocked while the car was just sitting outside in the parking lot. I found another shop that will do the same job for $1,300 which is in line with the prices I’ve seen others pay for the same issue which is common for my car. If you have money just sitting around and want to blow it, then take your car to them. They’ll rebuild the motor for you when you only needed an oil change. Needless to say that was my first time doing business with them and it’s most definitely the last. $160 lesson learned. More

Terrible Presentation Purchasing a vehicle is a big deal especially when you are spending over $40K. So as a customer you would think the dealer would take this seriously Purchasing a vehicle is a big deal especially when you are spending over $40K. So as a customer you would think the dealer would take this seriously and put their "best foot forward" and present that vehicle in the best possible way. Not the case at Hendrick Dodge, I made an appointment to allow them time to get the vehicle ready for a test drive, when I arrived the vehicle was pulled up to the door waiting, which was great. That was the only good thing about this experience. The vehicle was very dirty, not the typical dust that a vehicle would accumulate but more like it hadn't been cleaned since it was purchased new and this is just the exterior. The interior had an awful smell which could have been easily remedied by a vacuum and some Armorall. The dash had mud and dirt spots that could have been easily wiped away. The storage bin still had trash for in them; bottle caps, tooth picks, string, and more excessively accumulated dust. It could have been the greatest vehicle/deal but I will never know because of the lack of effort put forth in the process. If this is how they present themselves I can only imagine the level of effort when it comes to customer service. Really very disappointing! More

David Reeves did a great job matching me with the perfect truck in the color I wanted. Both David and the sales manager Mike did what needed to be done to get me driving away in that vehicle as quick and painless as possible. Their prices were fantastic and I received a good price on my trade in. This is the second vehicle that I've bought from the Hendricks family and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you so much for making everything go so smoothly. More

We had been in the market for several months and had talked with multiple dealers from North Carolina to Maryland. Hendrick was BY FAR the most helpful in getting us information and willing to negotiate price. Dave Mehihan was the sales associate we spoke with by phone and dealt with when we arrived at the dealership. The vehicle was not ready for sale but we were still able to test drive it and look it over. Dave made the whole buying process extremely easy. We told him what we wanted and what we could do and he made it possible very quickly. The vehicle needed warranty repairs and had a small amount of cosmetic work that had to be addressed. Due to the work required, I was unable to take delivery of the vehicle until a week later. I contacted Dave multiple times and he answered every question and provided updated photos throughout the week even when he was not working. After I took delivery of the truck, Dave still helped me get the final details taken care of. Our vehicle buying experience was great and I am quite pleased with my 2014 RAM 2500 and the service Dave Mehihan provided! More
