I had my 2013 Dodge Avenger serviced at Hendrick Dodge to have 3 parts installed, 2 recalls, a separate repair and the tires rotated; first time there. The only quirk was having had multiple cars over my lifetime and brought them into multiple shops for repair, is that you should put those paper mats on the floors where the guys get in and out because they left grease on my new floor mat. I scrubbed it off but it would be helpful to use those paper sheets to protect the floor/mats of customer's cars. More

Yesterday I was at Hendrick Dodge to get some repairs on my 2020 Challenger windshield washer pump. I was charged for the repairs, I was not happy about the charges. Do not buy a ram unless you want to have problems in under 36000 miles and they just tell you oh sorry nothing we can do. Had my fuel pump go bad at 30,795 miles and just because it was 3 years old in S under 36000 miles and they just tell you oh sorry nothing we can do. Had my fuel pump go bad at 30,795 miles and just because it was 3 years old in September they would not help me out on the part when the manufacturer was trying to work with them on replacing the part for me they denied it, even though i offered to pay the labor which i shouldnt have to either, because the part was defective, nothing I did caused this to go bad. so they will never get any business from me or anybody i know. Youd think a ram is a dependable reliable truck thats why i bought it and with 3 kids and 1 income because of covid, youd think a $35,000 truck would last more than 30,000 miles and if not, ram would make it right smh.
