I'd give a better rating but sales blew off the scheduled visit, car purchased not ready so have to go back several times. However at least i get a free loaner car while i wait for mine. And they automatically add dealer options that you did not know about. Have to watch them like a hawk. Would i go back. Yes, with what i know now and how to avoid the added dealer options. More

Zac was a very pleasant salesman to work with. He showed me a nice Ram 2500... It was good to test drive, but it was not exactly what I was looking for. That is when an otherwise pleasant visit turned horribly sour. Kim was downright condescending and had a lie (er, sales-pitch) for every situation... In less than 60 seconds with him, I was ready to leave... And we did. I might be willing to give the dealership another shot just for Zac, but I cannot imagine how this dealership (oris it all Rick Hendrick dealerships?) treats prospective customers. More
