Anyway back to my point you cant get in to get a oil change without having to wait days, I would not go there but I paid for them one way or another, so if they are using that as a selling tool, buyer beware. If your retired, or a housewife with free time its not a problem, but if you work out of your car or truck or travel in your job like I do its a major headache. Having owned Fords with there Quick Lubes ctr. I'm used to getting a oil change in about 30 minute any day of the week. More

When you drop off your car for service they don't explain anything to you, they give you a hard time about a loaner car, then they keep your vehicle for days with NO update.. I called and called my service tech Raymond, left messages and he never returned my call until I threatened to file a complaint. Eventually I told them to put my car back together and I would pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not to mention I NEVER received an apology. If you care about your vehicle at all, I would say stay away from them because I mistakenly went to them 3 times and every experience was the same. More

From the timeIi arrived to the time I left Alex was great! It was raining and he came right up to me and covered me which was a nice touch, He introduced himself and shook my hand as we started into ou great! He listend well to my concers about buying a new/newer car and my likes and dislikes about what I wanted it to have. He was so helpful that I have recommened him to a number of people I know. took my wifes charge to dealer for sum repairs on jan 10 2013, car was cutting off just driving down the road,so we took it to hendrick dodge to have fixed got it back on the 16, drove it 7.5 miles started 2013, car was cutting off just driving down the road,so we took it to hendrick dodge to have fixed got it back on the 16, drove it 7.5 miles started doing the same thing,(same codes as first time) took it back on the 17th thay kept it till the 31 went to pick it up, drove it 2.3 miles startes doing the same thing.so i called right back an talked to service wrighter he words to me were i dont no what to tell you, so i got it back to them an had them to read the codes in front of me same codes as fist time.900 dollars an 336 payment still have a car that was not fixed proper or did that clear the codes an charge me hoping it would go away,or are that throwing parts at it hoping it will fix it,or do thay even know how to fix the problem, ( we bought the car from them 2 years ago an has been back 4 times to have stuff fixed on the car) i called the service manager an thay act like i just not that smart to know whats going on. thay cant fix the car an its not sare for my family to drive anywhere.I also tried to call the bigger boss to try to get sum help an he cant even return my calls,to give me any answers or help so who do you call for help to get your car fixed the right way.
