Service has been great I've only had service on my vehicles here, but I have to say I trust these guys and that's not an easy thing for me. I have dealt with dealerships w I've only had service on my vehicles here, but I have to say I trust these guys and that's not an easy thing for me. I have dealt with dealerships who push you to buy a car from them when you take your own car in for service, as if your car isn't worth working on. I have dealt with dealerships who find things wrong, when working on another thing, but I had no symptoms of that problem when driving the car, so I always sat in the waiting rooms dreading when my service guy would walk out to update me. I would wonder if it really was true, that while working on my brakes, my water pump was 'going out' ? I don't feel that way at Hendrick Dodge. I know if they find anything else wrong with my car, it's the truth. I have been taking my vehicles here for the last 9 years, from normal car inspections, periodical maintenance, oil changes to repairs, and have always had courteous service, fair prices for repairs, and quick responses to my problems. Their number is in my phone, so I feel assured when I go out on the road that someone will be there when I need them. More

The Sales and Service are deplorable Hendrick Dodge has to be the worst car buying and service centers I have ever experienced. From the start we should have know. The sales manager was way too pushy, did not listen to what we were saying to the point of being rude. We decided to go ahead and buy anyway. The car was dirty when we first test drove it, they told us they would clean it up for us, car was still dirty when we came back. Next day they told us it had been fully detailed, the same trash dirt was still on the car, they took it back a third time, still same trash and dirt inside the car, but they shined up the tires good. 2 days after purchase, we needed to go back because they filled out the paperwork wrong. One month after owning we got pulled over for invalid plates. They could not process the registration since they never did an inspection, but also never bothered to let us know. We had just been in the week before to have an oil change done, (no one bothered to let us know that the car was done many hours ago) now we had to go back a second time to correct their mistake. One month later still no registration. We have made numerous phone calls all ending with we will call you back, no one ever does. Trying to actually speak to the person who can help is impossible. I feel like the ratings on here are cannot be accurate. Every single person we have dealt with, (and there are many so far) did a poor job from start to finish (well we are still working on getting it finished). I would have a hard time believing this is an isolated incident. More

Great service and great truck Very friendly service. I arrived one night right as they were closing, and caught the sales rep Dave M. As he was getting ready to leave. I expressed interest in a couple of trucks and he went out of his way to go an get the key and show me the truck. It was too late for a test drive so I made an appointment for the next morning. Arrived and was greeted by a salesman. He showed us inside when I told him I had an appointment. Dave M. arrived and had 2 of the three keys for the three vehicles I was interested in. Wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgable about all three vehicles. One was eliminated because it had been smoked heavily in. Test drove the remaining two vehicles and decided I wanted one. Worked of the numbers with Dave M. and was able to come to a middle ground that allowed me to give them my trade in and for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Over experience was very pleasant and I didn't feel like I was surrounded by sleazy car salesmen. More
