The repairs were completed on time, and timelines were communicated to me. The employees were upfront about the work, and they even pushed through several recall notices that other dealers told me would take months! I would absolutely recommend Hendricks Jeep as a service provider, and I would definitely not go anywhere else. Paul was my contact, and he was exceptional! More

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Mr. Michael Jenkins, went above and beyond the call of duty, his took care of my wife and I, he knew it would be a waiting game dealing with a Chapter Mr. Michael Jenkins, went above and beyond the call of duty, his took care of my wife and I, he knew it would be a waiting game dealing with a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy purchase, but he made the deal go quicker by contacting the attorney the lender etc. Mr. Jenkins even took vacation but still call and check on the status daily of my documents. After that in step the finance young lady Mrs. Brittany she was AWESOME as well and very knowledgeable about the banking and the whole Bankruptcy process. Mr. Jenkins even had my car delivered to my house at 12 Noon last Saturday. I will definitely be using these two people again. More
