I came into Hendrick Hoover haphazardly 3 Saturdays ago just to check the size of a used Dodge SUV I was interested in purchasing in Tuscaloosa, AL an I came into Hendrick Hoover haphazardly 3 Saturdays ago just to check the size of a used Dodge SUV I was interested in purchasing in Tuscaloosa, AL and ended up driving away in a brand new 2015 Jeep Compass! My search began with a stop at another dealer nearby to view the Dodge but it was unavailable due to servicing, so I kept driving and stopped at Hendrick Hoover because I remembered it was a Dodge dealer. My sales consultant, Delisa, greeted us promptly when we arrived and immediately took us to the vehicle I asked to see. Well, it turned out that Dodge would not suit my needs and we prepared to leave and continue browsing online for other options. Instead, Delisa asked what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. We sat down and searched their inventory for other vehicles, test drove a car, and had my existing car appraised. When I still wasn't convinced I'd found "the vehicle" I wanted, the financial manager, Joel Watson, came in and offered to get me into a NEW SUV for the same monthly payment I was contemplating for a 2010 car. Of course I said "YES", and then test drove the 2015 Jeep Compass. It was "the vehicle" for me and I drove out of there with it! The only negative feedback I would give is that we never discussed the specs/features of the Jeep, and the long wait to complete the paperwork (~2 hour). All-in-all, I could not be more happy with my decision to buy from Hendrick Hoover and I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep. Many thanks to Delisa and Joel!!! More

Outstanding Service Experience My family and I were traveling back from vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast to our home in Kentucky when our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan blew a heater My family and I were traveling back from vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast to our home in Kentucky when our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan blew a heater core supply/return hose assembly spewing coolant all over which lead to the engine to begin to overheat. We were on I-65 just south of I-459. The van was towed into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. I talked with Paul Borge at 7:30am on Monday morning and he was confident they could have us back on the road that day. Not only were they able to replace the broken part, they also were able to take care of an overlooked maintenance item they brought to my attention that left unattended might have resulted in another roadside breakdown. We were on the road at 12:30pm Monday afternoon back on our way home. Paul and the entire service organization did an outstanding job getting us getting us back on track after our breakdown. Thanks to all!! More

Excellent A man by the name of Mr. Paul Borge helped me with a problem I had with my Jeep Liberty 4dr Rwd Sport 2011. The back light on the passenger side was A man by the name of Mr. Paul Borge helped me with a problem I had with my Jeep Liberty 4dr Rwd Sport 2011. The back light on the passenger side was not coming on and there was a problem with the connection between the light and wiring. This was not the first time I had problems with this light. He was nice, respectful and very knowledgeable about my car and the service it needed. The problem was fix within 30 minutes and I was so happy I didn't have to miss work. More
