Staff and Management Sales process I submitted my information on the purchase of a 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude. I was bounced back and forth for 2 days. Never the same person called me I submitted my information on the purchase of a 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude. I was bounced back and forth for 2 days. Never the same person called me back. I got a call from their survey group. I expressed my frustration with how it was handled. Got a call from management. Scheduled an appointment even after I told them I didn’t want to waste my time or resources to come down and not get the vehicle. Went down. Deandre Whisnant and Michael Jenkins were teaming up apparently. I never worked with Michael. He had more important clients to deal with. Deandre showed me the car. Took me for a test drive. Mind you part of my test drive included putting gas in the vehicle. Anyway. I fell in love with the vehicle. Had all the features that I wanted. Well was told that I needed a co signer or cash down. I had a co-signer that was willing to sign with me in the vehicle. Well come to the really frustrating part. I started calling at 11am. Asked for a call back. Got told numerous times that both Deandre and Michael were with clients. Michael never returned my call. Deandre finally reached back out to me briefly. I asked since they still had 2017 models still available if we could work out something that could make a difference. Never got a call back. Started calling again for a reply. Never spoke to anyone. Also spoke with 2 different sales managers Joel and the apparent Manager that is working my deal John Porter. Was promised by both that I would hear back from them. Never did. I asked for the numbers on my deal. Final sales price, trade in value, and other items pertaining to the deal. Was never given the information. I will continue to see what I can do to get a vehicle. If Benchmark, Jim Burke, or Hendrick comes back with deals that are comparable to what I want to pay. I’ll make the decision then. Read the reviews on their Facebook page. Service team apparently is horrible. Management has had several issues. Let’s see what lies and no call backs I get today. This has been the worst buying experience. I got better service from Serra VW and Long Lewis Ford. Maybe they should get my business. More
