Poor customer relations Called in to see if they can help me put the codes in on the original stereo on my Suburban. From what I understand this is simply a matter of verify Called in to see if they can help me put the codes in on the original stereo on my Suburban. From what I understand this is simply a matter of verifying your identity and that you own the vehicle, and looking up the code. Hendrick insists that they must charge at least $85 to do this! If they are this mean spirited with Chevy owners like myself (I own two Chevy Trucks, and have owned two in the past, I ONLY drive Chevy trucks!) how do they treat the poor fools that purchase things from them? It's not on the poor gal that did all the legwork trying to get me a better deal, it's on the management there that MUST make their buck. I will still be buying Chevy's, Hendrick, but it will certainly NOT be with YOU! More

Because of what seems to be incompetent service people I feel I have no choice but to give a poor review.
