Would not honor battery warranty Had battery replaced under warranty for my ‘16 Malibu Premier on 2/18/18. Just 19 months later battery fails. I take it to Hendrick Chevrolet who ag Had battery replaced under warranty for my ‘16 Malibu Premier on 2/18/18. Just 19 months later battery fails. I take it to Hendrick Chevrolet who agrees the battery is bad, but wants $375 for a new one! I tell them that doesn’t make sense as the ACDelco battery is 42 month free replacement, after talking to the service advisors for 10 minutes they simply refuse to honor the warranty. I got the car back and will have to buy my own replacement out of pocket. Shame on these people. please contact me. You have my information. Lee K. More

Hundreds of miles from home & after several hours broken down on the side of I-65 we met Pete Kniskern when our son-in-law’s vehicle was towed to Hend Hundreds of miles from home & after several hours broken down on the side of I-65 we met Pete Kniskern when our son-in-law’s vehicle was towed to Hendrick Chevrolet. Pete went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist all 11 of us in our dire situation. Even staying past closing Pete found us a hotel & personally drove some of us to the hotel. Pete checked to make sure we got home & provides daily updates on our son-in-law’s vehicle. Pete provided exceptional customer service even though we were not there to purchase a vehicle. Based on our experience with Pete I would highly recommend Pete Kniskern if you are interested in buying a car. More

Best salesman ever! Pete Kniskern is amazing! I say this after not buying a car from him....... yet. Pete is a genuinely good guy. We we’re out of town when we had transm Pete Kniskern is amazing! I say this after not buying a car from him....... yet. Pete is a genuinely good guy. We we’re out of town when we had transmission issues. Our vehicle was towed to Hendricks Chevrolet where we met Pete. Despite all of our frustration with our situation Pete lended a listening ear. Not only that, but he was compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He wasn’t pushy. He wasn’t intrusive. He wasn’t defensive when we cursed our vehicle and chevy for the hard spot it put us in. Instead he super seeded any customer service experience that we could have asked for. He stayed past closing, then personally drove 3 of our passengers and luggage to a hotel so we could set up accommodations for the night . He remained at the hotel until we secured all the rooms we needed. He gave us his personal cell number and told us that if we had any issues to give him a call and he would be happy to assist. The next morning he checked in on us again when he returned to the dealership. Upon return to our home state he even called to make sure we arrived ok and gave me updates on our vehicle that we had to leave at the service shop. He did all of this knowing that he wasn’t going to make a sale. So when I say the best salesman’s ever I can say with confidence that he treated us with a higher expectation then we could have ever conceived at our lowest point, I can’t wait to deal with him again when we are ready to purchase. I promise you will not be disappointed with Pete! More
Run around I am no longer happy with the service I am receiving. My car wasn't ready Friday. Now I've been asked can I give them "until uh, uh, uh Tuesday".
