At drop off, prior to any service being completed, damage was noted at the time of write up and shown to the customer. The customer also signed a walk around sheet with the damage report. We are always willing to do everything we can to help with any customer's vehicle issue.

That is not true! The markup noted damage on the passenger side not the driver side. The damage done by the dealership was on the driver side. I have a copy of the sheet! I also have video evidence showing it was a fresh damage. Of course, Hendrick did not care. When I asked them to pull up the camera footage of when we dropped the car off, they refused saying the cameras do not work because the building is new. The building has been there for two or more years! What car dealership has no working cameras?
