I took my vehicle in because I noticed that they had snapped off the tool in the security lug during my last tire rotation. The guy at the service counter said they looked for the tool that came with my vehicle and couldn't find it, which I thought was a little strange, but I told him where I keep it. I keep it in one of those little hidden compartments that's in the trunk of the vehicle near the spare. They later tried to blame me for the damages, but luckily GM covered it (not the dealership). When I got the vehicle back I noticed that the compartment Where I keep the tool was sort of askew. When I opened it and looked inside I saw that these crooks had actually replaced my brand new unused tool with a broken one. I'm guessing in an attempt to frame me for the damages they had caused during the last tire rotation. Until I saw that I was going to simply write this off as a bad experience, everybody makes mistakes. But the intentional and deliberate lying and cheating that happened with my encounter is inexcusable. I have already paid for several oil changes that I will not be using. I simply cannot trust this place. They are crooks. Do not take your vehicle here for service. More

We took our Work van w/ attached Truckmount Carpet Cleaning equipment on it in for repair because backup camera quit working & it was unsafe for our technicians to drive. Britney knew we needed it back quickly as we have a carpet cleaning business. Rather than getting it repaired she held it for 3 days while we lost over $1500 in jobs and refused to return my multiple calls. We got it back with no repairs done and the only explanation was that the guy who works on electrical has every Mon off, so we need to bring it back on a day when he is working. I guess she didn't know he has every Mon off when she told us it would be fixed on Mon. Total Waste of our time and GAS driving over there twice. DO NOT GO HERE For SERVICE. Britney has no respect for Loyal Chevy Customers who have purchased all our service vans from Chevrolet. And our personal vehicle as well. More
Took my 2005 vette in for repair in November/December 2021.Pro charger belt was shredded and I was charged $500 to put on a $45 dollar belt.I picked up the vehicle and I didn't even make it to the I-459 2021.Pro charger belt was shredded and I was charged $500 to put on a $45 dollar belt.I picked up the vehicle and I didn't even make it to the I-459 on ramp and I noticed it was running hot, I turned around and returned the vehicle in which it was 30min quick fix something about purging the cooling system. Several days later I was back because the belt was shredding again,this time $1,200 bill to shim and then replace belt,that all but fixed the problem for another few days.I returned the vehicle and they give me another repair estimate of $500, I complained to the service manager about the money I've spent ($1700) and if they were going to continue charging me until they got it right,he eventually agreed that they would repair the vehicle for no extra charge.Several weeks went by and I contacted them about the progress,apparently no one contacted me to tell me that additional shimming was not the problem and I needed to order my own parts from vortex,they couldn't do it🤔.I ordered the part that the tech said I needed ($70) brought the part to the service dept and dropped it off,several days later I was notified that the part was not the right item,went down with the part info they emailed me and talked to him that's when he informed me that usually when they order that part a tensioner is usually included and that is what is needed.At that moment I realized they could have ordered the part themselves but had no intentions on doing so on their dime. I ordered the tensioner eventually the vehicle was repaired and was presented with a final bill of $500 in which they had to call around to verify if this was going to waved.This service department tried to charge me over $2200 for $500 dollar job if they would diagnosed and repaired it right the first time. I actually called several specialty shops and between $300-$400 was the quote to replace a belt and tensioner. More
I went for my first oil change I called to make an appointment I was told I was told to bring my car on I didn’t need one but when I got there I was told different I made an appointment for 4 days lat appointment I was told I was told to bring my car on I didn’t need one but when I got there I was told different I made an appointment for 4 days later they had more receptionist inside scheduling appointments than cars to be worked on ..so I scheduled my 4 day later appointment backed out of the garage and went right down the street to Express Oil Change got in and out in 10 minutes instead of waiting 4 days …now my right side brake light is blown out already on my 2022 Trailblazer I think I will go to Premier Chevrolet to give them a service try where I bought my last 2 new vehicles from and compare the service..I will think twice before I purchase another new vehicle from Hendrick Chevrolet next time … More
