Very personable and professional in his customer service, Ethan spent three hours patiently assisting our needs in the first meeting alone. Once we traded our car in, as a part of the same transaction, Ethan made sure I was given a loaner car that very closely modeled the car we were purchasing to drive while our car was being enhanced. The night we took ownership of our 2024 Suburban, Ethan personally delivered our Suburban (complete with all the after market enhancements), and returned the loaner vehicle safely to the dealership.
