Nightmare!!! We bought a car last week. The paper work signed and approved. Trade in and down payment check done and cleared the bank the next day. Was suppose to We bought a car last week. The paper work signed and approved. Trade in and down payment check done and cleared the bank the next day. Was suppose to pick up new car mid week and never heard from them. On friday a manager called my husband and told him that the car was unavailable. We found out the car was sold to a higher bidder on Tuesday a day after signing over to us. A week later after talking with a general manager and trying to get a hold of cooporate (with no luck) we finally got our trade in back and down payment. I was so disappointed because I thought they should at least replace the car with something similar for the same price. They were un-willing to do that. This was handled so unprofessionally and the only ones that atually tried and acted like he really wished he could do something was the sale men Justin Bonner and Jeremy Ivey. They were professional and really wanted to make it right but no cooperation from the rest of this poorly ran company. The manager even agreed they messed up and it was a nightmare but obviously had no intentions of correcting thier mistake. More
