Worst dealership customer service I have ever seen If I could have rated this "business" at a zero I would have in heart beat. My husband and I went to Hendrick Chevrolet on march 24,2017 we signed on If I could have rated this "business" at a zero I would have in heart beat. My husband and I went to Hendrick Chevrolet on march 24,2017 we signed on a vehicle they did not have on the lot but one they could get to us. We left that evening after spending 8+ hours in the dealership in a loaner vehicle. A week later after us calling non stop because they failed to stay in contact with us they told us they couldn't get the vehicle that we had signed on and sent a driver to us to sign new paperwork on a different truck. Nine days later we drove 3.5 hours back to the dealership to pick up our truck. They truck was lacking many things we had requested and told had in it. The best they could do was ensure us that they would add those features with no cost from us. The last contact about the things the truck was lacking was on April 13,2017. Two weeks after picking up our truck I checked our bank account to see our trade in vehicle payment was pulling from our account. After speaking with our leinholder it was clear this mistake was on Hendrick Chevrolet in Hoover Alabama. After speaking with our no more than incompetent "financial manager" Danielle Lucky it was told to us that they didn't send in our pay off to the leinholder because there was paperwork needed that was not signed. When I spoke with her I asked if she had ever tried to contact my husband or I regarding this issue all she could tell me was that she "wasn't sure because she had been speaking to too many people to remember". We currently have our old truck payment pulling from our account as well as our new payment pulling in just over two weeks which she ensured she would make sure got pushed back another 45 days to "help us out". What would help us out would be 1) you to have communicated the need to sign further paperwork to complete the process or so we knew this payment would be pulling or 2) you to have done your job correctly and caught this issue within the 9 days it took from signing the paperwork to when we picked up the truck or even the time between then to now, which has been just under a month. The amount of money that was being spent at this dealership between, financing, down payments and extra car care fees is way more than someone would expect to spend to be treated this way. I wouldn't be surprised to have our "new" truck end up back on their doorsteps with the request of our trade in, our down payment, and our extra fees back in our hands. I would give my business to ANY OTHER dealership in the state of Alabama before I would EVER give this place another penny. Wouldn't wish this customer service on my worst enemy. Also find it hilarious that every single other review website has similar issues as do i, however this one in particular has all five star ratings which is Hendricks driven. Wouldn't be surprised if my review doesn't post. More

Excellent service I had a lot of bad experiences in the past with salesmen. I came to Hendrick Chevrolet and met Andrew Johnson. He was very friendly, polite, and motiv I had a lot of bad experiences in the past with salesmen. I came to Hendrick Chevrolet and met Andrew Johnson. He was very friendly, polite, and motivated to meet my needs. He was not pushy nor was he trying to rush me. I had a very good experience with him. If it was not for him at Hendrick, I would have most likely bought my car from another dealer. Kudos to Andrew for finding what I wanted at the price I wanted it. I highly recommend him. More
