UPSET MILITARY WIFE ATTENTION ALL FUTURE BUYERS!!!!! IF you ever have a problem with an automobile please don't expect this dealership to help you. I purchase a 2015 Che ATTENTION ALL FUTURE BUYERS!!!!! IF you ever have a problem with an automobile please don't expect this dealership to help you. I purchase a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse from this lot in March of THIS YEAR. The amount I spent on this VEHICLE at was about $41,000.00. Me and my husband put a very large amount down on the vehicle at that time because after researching the automobile that we needed for our family this was the most affordable and appropriate choice for our needs. Since I purchase this car I have had nothing but problems. - The first issue I had was a flat tire on June 27th. I called the roadside assistance to come help me so I can get the tire changed. Once I got it to the dealership there was no one there to help or replace the tire so I had to leave my car there until Wednesday for a new tire to get replaced. - The next issue was again with the tire while embarking on a road trip with my kids on July 25th. I again contacted the roadside assistance they pick me and my family up from the highway and took us to the nearest location so that I could purchase another tire out of pocket. Now by this time I am really regretting purchasing this car. Again I contacted the dealership and Chevrolet/GM about this issue. I was reimbursed a three later because of the warranty I purchased on the tires and wheels. I was never advised that there is/was a on going recall on these tire. - The final incident was on December 20th, while leaving a relatives home the car started having a issue with going into reverse. Me being a woman and not knowing much about car and the new advancements/technology on the vehicles I thought that there was just an issue because of the sensor and a car was very close to me I couldn't go any farther. Once I was able to get the car moved and drive forward from the same location going only about four blocks the car just stop and would not move. The engine was still running but the car would not move forward and the two front tire were turned inward toward the frame of the car. So again I called the roadside assistance and waited for 2 and half hours for someone to pick up the automobile. On that Monday, December 21st I received a call from the service consultant asking me did I just leave the car to get it service when I have just had the car serviced on December 10th. So I told her what was going on with the car and was told then that they will check out the car and call me back. The next today I called to follow up on the car and was told then that the transmission technician was off yesterday and he would try to look at the car the next day and I would received a call back. Of course this is the week of Christmas and my car has been at the dealership all this time with know response to any calls or messages I've left. Okay so on Monday, December 28th I finally get in contact with the service consultant an I am told that the transmission guy hasn't gotten to my car and they can get me a loaners car to drive a Chevy Cruze I felt insulted. So I than ask her for General Motors number to call them and because I am/was so upset with the reliability of the car and the excuse after excuse I've been given about this car. When I speak with the Senior Consultant at General Motors I am told because of all these issue with the supposed BRAND NEW AUTOMOBILE that she has contacted the dealership and they would handle getting me in another car. The only reason I was considering getting another Traverse is because after a week of reading reviews I didn't find many negative feedback on the car. So I'm just thinking this ONE was just a lemon. So I leave work early to go to the dealership to look at the availability and what was compatible to my original purchase and now they are telling me that I would have to started all over the financing pay an additional $120.00 in a car note and they are giving me a trade-in value of $24,000 on a original priced car of $41,0000. So you are telling me that over a course of nine months and 16,680 miles the value of the car has dropped $17,000. Please stop trying to treat me like I'm a dumb/ignorant woman. I with all these problems while my husband is currently deployed serving our COUNTRY I'm faced with the mess of service from a dealership that is supposed to honor their country and customers. Happy service experience I brought my Corvette to Hendrick Chevrolet for service because my car was making some noises I was unfamiliar with. My service advisor, Joseph, spent extra time with me going over the car and explaining to me the issues with the vehicle. They called me from their test drive to be confident that we were talking about the same things. He also spent extra time with me when I picked up my car to make sure I didn't have any questions about more service issues or features on the car that the sales team may have missed or that had arisen since my purchase in September. The service manager, Alex also called and made sure I didn't have any questions and to be sure that all of the issues that I was concerned with had been addressed. Overall my service experience with Hendrick was top notch. More
SO UNPROFESSIONAL! CHRIS BELL IS VERY NASTY AND ARROGANT!! I came in May 2 to purchase a car about 2pm. I did ALL the paperwork, gave $2,500 in cash for down payment I sat there 9 hours, they took my Avalanche I came in May 2 to purchase a car about 2pm. I did ALL the paperwork, gave $2,500 in cash for down payment I sat there 9 hours, they took my Avalanche truck to my sister on Hwy. 280 about 830pm?, saying I was going home with my new car, don't worry about that. I'm gettinng tired, I ask how much longer. They said well we got your payments at 426.14, but they think they could get them at 375.00 with the other finance company. I waited more with my Rheumatoid Arthritis starting to act up. At 10pm I was ready to go now. So, after an hour more, Chris Roberts came did a loaner car form and sent me home saying by Monday May 4 someone would call me. I called them several times...No one called, I called May 5, 6, 7,8,9, they told me a Garrett or Jeremy would call. Hendricks Teleservices were calling me on my house and cell phone some to see how I was liking the car and some to see if I had been there. I told I like the car, but I haven't gotten my paperwork. They even said someone would call me and set an appointment. I still got NO CALLS BACK. I called daily until it turned to weekly, and told don't worry someone will call. This went on for months until September. I kept calling and no response back. They finally a Jesse called me, October and said he and Jeremy would set an appointment Monday or Tuesday, October 12 or 13th. I went in October 13th thinking just going to finally do paperwork and go home. Well, Chris Bell was who I talked with, he was very arrogant and rude. CHRIS Bell said it was my fault they didn't call me back or return my phone calls and he couldn't let that car leave off the premises and that's it...I'm like what?? I thought I was coming to do the final paperwork. CHRIS BELL still nasty and rude said it was my fault I need to take responsibility for their mistake. After going back and forth telling the story. Chris Bell said nothing was in the system for me. I said something has to be, they have called me to see how I liked the car, some as if I hadn't been there yet, I've gotten several emails stating thanks for your purchase and emails, etc. Chris Bell said he didn't care. Then after a while Chris Bell said I’ll get a salesperson and you can do the paperwork again, but that's it the car isn't leaving there property like I had stolen the car or holding it hostage. I thought about it and was going to do it but after called calling my Mom, dad, and sister and they heard how he was talking I decided to leave. Chris Bell and this company are horrible. He never tried to make the situation right just faulted me for their mistake. Do NOT GO HERE...CHRIS BELK AND HENDRICKS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE CROOKS! ! BAD TRUCK Sales went fine friendly courteous and kind. The new 2015 Silverado does not run smoth adn gets bad gas mileage. 18.5 MPG HiWay. EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IS A LIE! The only good thing I can say is we had an Awesome salesman! He went over and beyond to find us the perfect vehicle. They are all full of lies! It's been 5 weeks and countless hours spent in Hendricks, and my deal still isn't finalized, and the two vehicles my fiancé and I traded are still not paid off which has now damaged our credit! Their communication skills are horrible! You can call 100 times and 100 times they will tell you someone will call you back. I have now file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and pray I can get out of this nightmare as soon as possible. Their customers do not come first. More

Darryl Fuhrman is the reason I would come back here I bought a 2009 Corvette Z06 that had come in on trade the previous Wednesday. It hadn't been through reconditioning, nor was it even listed for sale I bought a 2009 Corvette Z06 that had come in on trade the previous Wednesday. It hadn't been through reconditioning, nor was it even listed for sale yet when I bought it on Saturday morning. Thanks to Finance Manager Gareth Donoho for suggesting the car to me! The buying process was seamless. Got a great deal on my trade and an even better deal on the Z06. My salesman, Darryl Fuhrman, was phenomenal. He worked his tail off to speed the process along and make the buying process enjoyable. He takes great pride in his work and will do anything in his power to make you happy. His work ethic is second to none, and his energy is contagious. "Would you recommend this dealership?" That's a difficult one to answer. After the paperwork was signed, the ball was dropped. I did not take delivery of my car until the following Friday night. I had to wait a week because it needed new tires & "someone" forgot to order them. I contacted my sales Manager, Kevin Beorlegui, the other sales manager, the general manager, and the executive general manager...not one of whom responded to any of my calls or emails, nor did they do anything about my concerns aside from chewing out Darryl, who had no control after the car was sent to service/reconditioning. I will continue to go to Hendrick Chevrolet due to its focus on Corvettes and convenience to my house, but I will be very careful who I deal with. The 80/20 rule is in full effect here. I will only deal with Darryl Fuhrman in Sales, Gareth Donoho in Finance, Joseph McCord in Service, and Scott Moore in Parts. Everyone else seems completely content to be mediocre at best. More
