Lied to by sales manager I saw a truck online and called ahead to make sure it was on the lot. I was told it was and to come on by. This truck had no bed liner like the one online. At 5:00 that afternoon the truck finally got there and the sales manager told me to get they bed sprayed and he would reimburse me. I sent them the invoice and was told it was sent approved to accounting. 3 months and no check. I drove 3:30 minutes to be lied to. More

Misleading advertising and dishonest pricing I was interested in a used pickup. The truck had multiple stickers proclaiming a 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty which the salesman assured m I was interested in a used pickup. The truck had multiple stickers proclaiming a 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty which the salesman assured me was accurate. I was told the asking price was $26,999. After much negotiation we settled on approximately $23k. During the closing process I repeatedly asked the F&I guy (Lonnie) for a written description of the warranty and was repeatedly told the warranty was included. The only paperwork I saw which mentioned a warranty was the "As Is/No Warranty" acknowledgement document. After receiving more assurances that the warranty was in effect and that I would receive it I took delivery of the I returned the next day.After another 45 minutes of demanding the warranty I was presented with a warranty terms and conditions but no documentation that it was in effect on the pickup. When I read the terms of the warranty I was surprised to learn that the terms of the 10 year warranty had actually started running before the truck was purchased new. Out of curiosity I checked the website and the listed asking price is actually $23,715. When I contacted the dealership giving them one final opportunity to correct the warranty issue I learned that as this truck had 68000 miles it was not eligible for the warranty as no vehicle with over 65000 miles can have this "Hendrick Certified Warranty" attached to it.
