He drove all the way to Tarrant Alabama from hoover to deliver my car in person . My jaw dropped to the floor. He showed me how everything worked in the car and made sure that I knew every detail. After doing extensive online search for my daughter's first (used) car (16th bday), we decided to browse as many dealerships ias possible in pne day. We had strict criterias ($$ and mileage) as it's so easy to get carried away with Oh if you add $1G you get so much more car for your money type of things. Dealership was busy. They "force" you to give personal info like phone #, email and address before they do anything fpr you. Then you wait roughly 20 to 30mn, which is an eternity when you are on a limited time. I saw my sales guys serving cutomers that arrived after me. Not cool. Then he show me one car that was out of our parameters (more $ & miles). I decided this dealership wouldn't get me anywhere. I'm sure that if you come in ready to put $50G on the table, they would be more expeditive and efficient. More

CROOKS AND LIARS! I test drove an suv but it wasn't the color I wanted. The salesman told me he would give me a deal because of that. I left but returned a few hours la I test drove an suv but it wasn't the color I wanted. The salesman told me he would give me a deal because of that. I left but returned a few hours later ready to deal. They wanted to give me $4000 less than my trade in was worth and he didn't lower the price of the suv as he promised. I went elsewhere and got the $4000 and a better deal. Hendrick is shady. More
