Sales and service was great The folks in Sales and Service did a great job. the vehicle was great. I had some issues with the finance folks. I was charged for accessories I did not receive, if it wasn't for checking several times I would have been paying almost couple thousand for nothing. Wasn't someone supposed to check it? When I went back to the dealership I felt like they had a "Oh sh*t" moment. I talk to finance supervisor and I was patted on the head and told my vehicle just fell thru the cracks. I asked him who was supposed to check, he would not say. I just feel something hokey was going on. It was like, we charged this guy $1800 lets give him somethings and jack up the price to equal that. I mean $499 to tint two windows? (I paid 30 to get them tinted) I was even told actually $499 was to tint four windows but all but two windows comes tinted from the factory. Like I said lets give him something and jack up the price. The biggest problem I had is I got the feeling from the finances folks that I was trying to get something for nothing when it was the fact they had screwed up that brought me back in to the dealership (three separate times). And it is for that reason I would not recommend More

Mr Hendrick would be ashamed I have spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to contact Hendrick Corporate and state my utter amazement at how poorly I've been I have spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to contact Hendrick Corporate and state my utter amazement at how poorly I've been treated by this dealership. First, I was lied to over the phone about a vehicle listed online. After driving 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, upon arriving I was told it was not available to test drive. (I specifically asked if it was ready to drive off the lot before making the trip to Hoover) The salesman used incredibly foul language during the sale with me and also in front of children in the dealership. The assistant salesperson who was tasked with doing the paper work on the sale was not qualified to be dealing with customers. (I had to fill out all of the paperwork on his behalf) He also used very foul language with me. We arranged a deal to have the vehicle delivered to me once it was out of their shop. I was told this would take 3 days max. It ended up taking 2 weeks before the truck was delivered. I called several times asking when it would be delivered and the answer was consistently "2 days". The supposed hold up was an alignment...any shop in the US can perform an alignment on any vehicle in a day. Eventually, a salesperson accidentally told me that the shop was almost done welding on the frame. When I frantically asked what they were welding on I was told the shop would call me back, I never heard from them and still cannot reach them about my truck. When I received the truck it had a check engine light on and had a terrible wobble in the steering. I have had to take the truck in and have it worked on at my cost. I tried to contact Hendrick but was told someone would call me back...all too familiar song and dance there. I went to register the vehicle in my name this week. However I cannot because Hendrick has not sent the "Repossesion Affadavit" to my county clerk. Apparently the truck was a repo, which was never stated to me during the sale. If I treated a customer in my line of work like they have treated me, I would be fired. This was my first vehicle purchase as a young person. I've been taken advantage of by these people. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. More
