Awful: Horrible: Repugnant: The worst experience at a dealer Called about a specific car because I live 4hrs away. Had a trade which I gave them the info and they gave me a number. They assured me the car would be held for me and I would have put money down to get the car. Andrew said come I’ll save it for you. Driven 3 hrs and they text me while I was almost their that the car sold. They also told me to keep coming and I would get an incredible deal. None of that happened. Drove 4hrs to get their, stayed 6hrs at the dealership, drove 4hrs to get home. There BDC concept is just them their, lie to them, whatever we got to do to sell a car. Awful and horrendous and Andrew had the audacity to say that he never said he would hold the car. Come on bro, listen to your recorded phone call. Or I can send you the text where you said it. After deal got done because I bought from Douglas and he was awesome. Since I live out of state I have yet to get my tag application and it’s been 2 weeks. Stay away stay away stay away. Had a good salesman DOUGLAS STEPHENS which they should promote and take that lying two face BDC Andrew Johnson and put him back on the floor. I have never been more unhappy about a purchase. However, Douglas is the pro and should be up at the desk. Hopefully they didn’t split that deal with the house mouse girl who just text me. Douglas deserves better. Get some sense and wake up. The 1 star Facebook reviews are a reality here. I could say more, but I wanted to wash my hands of this place. More

Slow paperwork Took 3 1/2 hours to complete transaction with terms agreed on prior to arrival. Otherwise employees friendly.
