Slow and tricky. I called the dealership several times and emailed with a manager who told me one thing only to not be true when I arrived. I also called and tried to I called the dealership several times and emailed with a manager who told me one thing only to not be true when I arrived. I also called and tried to speak with a sales person twice prior to arrival and was promised someone would return my call but they never did. I did go on to dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. My salesman was new and slow but very kind and honest which I really appreciated. The good cop/bad cop game was irritating and lengthy but in the end I think I got a great vehicle at a reasonable price. Just be certain you have done your homework before dealing with these guys. Great service I was looking to trade in my 2017 chevy cruze and they told me I could get into a 2018 chevy Malibu. I liked it a lot. Customer service was great.
