Alright The original car I wanted was not available and so they suggested an alternative one. I decided to go and check it out. It needed to be run through their service department to check it out. However, it turned out that I would not be able to get the car the next day as promised. I would get my car about a week later. It needed a part. While I am glad that they fixed the part before delivering it to me, I wish they had just been up front and honest about the time frame. I didn't have a car and they did give me a loaner. Andrew Johnson was a great client adviser. He was nice and was willing to help me even on his day off. However the same could not be said about the financial person Josh Brown or the other adviser that helped me with a loaner car. More

Amazing I found the used car I loved and when it had a dent in it. Bait and Switch This dealership displayed a classic case of bait and switch. I had been contacting them about a car they had on their website for about a week. I am l This dealership displayed a classic case of bait and switch. I had been contacting them about a car they had on their website for about a week. I am located in Memphis, and for me to drive almost 4 hours to look at a car, it needs to be a good deal. After much communication with the dealership (through documented text messages), I decided to come look at the car. After driving nearly 4 hours, I got to the dealership and they stated that the car was in CALIFORNIA! I attempted to show them the documented texts where they told me I was going to be able to test drive the car, and how there was never any mention of the car not being in Birmingham, but they refused to look at my texts. One of the managers, I don't know her name but it was a young lady with brown hair, kept trying to shift the blame back on me saying that she "didn't know what kind of wording the associate had used that would make us think the car was there." I volunteered to email them the pictures of the texts, but she wouldn't even entertain the idea. She kept making excuses that they use a 3rd party call center to schedule their appointments, and how the person we spoke with didn't even work with the dealership. I called the number I had been texting with and it was a call center and of course they couldn't give me any explanation. After all of my inconvenience, all the dealership could offer me was that I could buy the car sight unseen still (yeah right), or look at their brand new models (which would naturally cost 15k more than the one I had been looking at). A man manager said that they have a 99% satisfaction rate so we could trust buying the car sight unseen, which just made me laugh. Apparently I look stupid enough to believe that. This dealership is unethical and practices bait and switch. No wonder the yelp reviews are so bad. The fact that a company and employees can treat people like this and get away with it is baffling and completely unacceptable. More
