Slow paperwork Took 3 1/2 hours to complete transaction with terms agreed on prior to arrival. Otherwise employees friendly. No one mentioned any miles on car until well into signing papers. Think the 1836 miles should have been disclosed when negotiating price. Would check their inventory if trading in future. More

Beware of this Dealership! Beware of this dealership. My ex and I went into buy a 2016 Golf GTI. We should have done some research before we got ourselves caught up in this mess Beware of this dealership. My ex and I went into buy a 2016 Golf GTI. We should have done some research before we got ourselves caught up in this mess. We thought with him being an emaployee, we would get a deal on this car. However, after signing all of the paperwork, I realized they overcharged us for everything! I am now trying to cancel my GAP and Oil Change Program (which was charged insanely high), and I can not get anyone to call me back. I called this morning and instead of someone calling me back, I called them four hours later. When I finally talked to someone in Finance, they gave me the third degree of why I needed a copy of my paperwork. Paperwork for a VEHICLE I PURCHASED. And then when I went in to get the paperwork, they did the same thing and gave me one piece of paper. All this dealership cares about is getting as much money as they can, even if it means screwing over employees and taking advantage of young people that aren't familiar with purchasing a vehicle. More
