Great buying Experiance!!!! I came to the dealership to purchase my truck. I was greeted with absolute perfection. Terry was my sales person and, even though it was 7pm on July I came to the dealership to purchase my truck. I was greeted with absolute perfection. Terry was my sales person and, even though it was 7pm on July 4th he was more than happy to help and took his very best time to show me as many vehicles as I wanted and he whole experiance was pleasurful. They all were more than happy to help and it was almost 9pm when we finished all the paperwork. They didn’t show any anxiousness to leave or anything at all. I was amazed at the 110% that they all gave to us. I was even trying to go have diner at a local restaurant and they even hurried up at the end of the process to accommodate us. Way over the top aggressive techniques, including staging a manager pretending to be angry because they didn't close the sale, a ridiculous 1st offer (add-ons to the sales price that negated any trade in value), after keeping me there 2 hours meeting with different sales mgrs they eventually came off the price $5000 when I had finally had enough and was leaving, then it took another 2 1/2 hours to do the paperwork, a total of 4 1/2 hours there. They asked for contact information which they later used as sales leads. Not the experience I expected after hearing the advertisements on Rick & Bubba. More
