Headache to say the least, but not from Xavier. I arrived already pre-qualified with my bank and already knew the vehicle I wanted...My salesman was great...loan officer, not so much. She ran my cr I arrived already pre-qualified with my bank and already knew the vehicle I wanted...My salesman was great...loan officer, not so much. She ran my credit without my permission, told me they were a direct lender for my bank, called my bank and had them close the pre-approval...I was pre-qualified with my bank, I only needed a title app and bill of sale. I gave her a copy of the letter from my bank which had instructions. Added (while I told her I couldn't afford it) over $4800 worth of warranties and fees, $1200 of which was floor-mats! Kept me there until 11:30 at night and I had a 2.5 hour drive home. I cancelled the deal with a manager after 3 trips in 4 days (500 miles) and the salesman with the keys to my vehicle had a 30 minute conversation before walking to the back to return my vehicle, only after I walked to he back to see if my vehicle was there, how insulting. I had driven the other vehicle home and put $75 gas in the tank. They returned my vehicle with half a tank after I asked them to fill it like I had done theirs, another f you to me. Buyer beware, it seems the the deal isn't important and if you have problems they tell you it's your fault. I had mentioned a head injury while doing the paperwork and told her that I had recovered. The next day when I returned she actually told me it might have been my memory and she never told me to come back the next day after I discovered the charges... A $9500 truck for $16,859 with finance on a 700 credit score... Now, I am not perfect but what a headache. I will not be back, lesson learned. It's sad because I really liked the truck that I returned...But I refuse to spend money at a place that makes you feel like that. More
Nightmare Purchased car on 5/28/18 did not receive car until 6/10/18 due to maintenance issues. I was quoted inaccurate monthly car note on bill of sale, which results in me paying a higher monthly note. I made over 7 visits to the dealer ship after receiving car on 6/10/18. I was only given the run around and the cold shoulder— mainly from finance individuals Shameka and Lisa. On separate occasions I was told by Josh and Shameka, everything was complete and fixed in regards to the discrepancy of monthly car note with my lender/financer. Finally, I was told that it was an error made on Hendricks part and that I would have to pay a higher monthly note. I was told I would be reimbursed for the error made on Hendricks part, but nothing has not been done as of today and no one will return my phone call. This dealership is very unprofessional, just looking for a sale to increase numbers to beat out competition , but truly does not care about customer satisfaction. During this process, I have displayed the patience of Job and treated each person from Hendricks, whom I’ve came into contact—with the utmost respect, but nothing was shown to me in return. I will be contacting a corporate office and BBB in regards to the unethical practices of this dealership. Something needs to change. More

I would recommend them to anyone and especially, to our friend Ben Armstrong he was very fast and efficient in getting out deal together. You really felt welcomed with all the smiling faces at Hendrick Chevrolet on hwy 31. We didn’t feel like we have at other dealerships; from the time you enter the store, valuing your trade, finding your perfect new car, doing the numbers, & signing on the new car deal. We met all the managers while we were there and they all worked to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. The operations manager went out of his way to really work our deal and make sure we were happy, they all really care about the people not just the numbers! More
Bought a used car They were helpful in the fact that they dropped my payments per month from $331.00 to $300. But they did not tell me they changed the number of payments from 60 months to 75 months in order to do this. And they didn't tell me, I just noticed it after I had signed everything. So I really ended up paying about $3,000 more than i originally would have. But this is my first time buying a car and my credit is only at 650 so i knew i'd get screwed one way or the other. It'll help my credit in the long run and I've got a nice vehicle, so I'm still satisfied. More
