Finance Manager followed me out the building yelling I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was over 7,000 dollars of extended warranties on a brand new 70,000 dollar car.I requested several time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was over 7,000 dollars of extended warranties on a brand new 70,000 dollar car.I requested several times to have this removed from my contract on 9/4/18 the finance manager would not do it. I was here for over 2hrs.waiting for us to come to an agreement. Finally he told me to come back on Thursday 9/6 that he will remove it and just give to me.I came back on Thursday to close on the deal once again he put the warranty back in the contract and said he will not lock the deal if I don't accept the warranty. I put the keys to the corvette on his desk and walked out. This man followed me out the door yelling at me like a child saying he was going to have the car delivered back to me with a bill. I have purchased 5 brand new cars from Hendrick dodge in the past 4 years ( 4 chargers 3 were Hemi) and a dodge ram 4×4..I have spent 200,000 dollars with this company so this was not my first rodeo on purchasing a vehicle. Communication I was disappointed with this dealership at first as my BF bought his truck from here so I assumed it would be decent. However I had to get a manager i I was disappointed with this dealership at first as my BF bought his truck from here so I assumed it would be decent. However I had to get a manager involved in my buying process due to the sales manager trying to “sell” me on something that wasn’t true. The Salesman was new...a bit unorganized but he was nice. Finance ended up having to correct several issues with my paperwork at the end due to Sales Mgr's lack of communication. I had to make several trips back to Bham to correct my paperwork...but I appreciated Doug Hill and Shameka assisting me with getting my contract fixed. Bait and Switch Bait and switch. They advertised a 2013 truck with 55k miles and good price at $ 18k, but it wasn’t on the lot. I called about it, and several days la Bait and switch. They advertised a 2013 truck with 55k miles and good price at $ 18k, but it wasn’t on the lot. I called about it, and several days later they called back saying that it was at the Hoover Chevrolet dealer. I made an appointment to see the truck, but when I got there they could’d find the truck. While they were looking for the original truck, the salesman was looking at their other inventory, and found another 2013 truck with 63k miles, but was a loaded up model at $23k. I told the salesman I wasn’t interested in paying that much more. They then went through the apologies for not having the original truck, and they offered and I bought the second truck out the door for $1 9.5k. Since it was at one of their other locations, they had to ship it in, and it was to be delivered the next Mon. or Tues. Rather than doing the paper work two times, I opted to give them a check for the full amount, which they were supposed to hold, which of coarse they didn’t. The truck didn’t come Mon., or Tues, OR Wed, OR THURS., at which time they informed me they wouldn’t sell me the truck. BUT THEY would find me another one, and they did. Five years older and double the miles, but at the same price. It took me over three weeks to even get my money back. Remember, they were going to hole my check, but deposited it. They ended up tying up my money for over five weeks. Oh yea, I recommend they highly if you like being taken advantage of. More

It was like they were going to put me in what they wanted and that's not right More
