I wish more dealers would cater to the working man and realize that we have other financial obligations like kids and mortgage payments. Took a couple of days to do the deal which I expected going in. The vehicle I purchased had to be brought in from one of their out of state dealerships. Even though it was going to be 5 or 6 days before it was on site, they were insistent that I do the financing up front - sight unseen - before they would request it be shipped. I balked and they eventually agreed to a $500 deposit and wait until I saw and drove the vehicle before signing the papers. The financial institution selection process was perplexing as well. You should get a rate quote from local banks/credit unions and have that at signing. They will usually match but the customer apparently has no choice in who they use. They have a good selection of vehicles on site as well as other dealerships. Do your research beforehand and decide on your max $$$ to spend. They are very persuasive so be prepared. Even though they are somewhat high pressure I think they have good business ethics. More
