Misled! If I could give a zero rating. I would. I bought a car from Hendricks last week. I was looking for a high end used vehicle with low mileage. The sales If I could give a zero rating. I would. I bought a car from Hendricks last week. I was looking for a high end used vehicle with low mileage. The salesman found a cute Mercedes. I was thrilled. I signed all papers, including warranty paperwork and awaited delivery of my new car. Hours before the delivery, the salesman started texting me other cars I should look at. Perplexed, I went in. I assumed there was an issue with the Mercedes. There were several. First it was sent back to the Mercedes plant and wasn’t available and secondly, the finance person informed me that the bank didn’t approve the warranty. Keep in mind, All papers had been signed, including a warranty. I had even hooten jnsurance on this vehicle I’ll never have. The dealer showed me three more cars. He proceeded to tell me that they were all available and either would be a good fit for me. Unbeknownst to me he only gave me the option of one. As I picked one of the others, suddenly all of the parts on it didn’t work. I settled on one of the cars. I expected an evening delivery the next day. My new vehicle was delivered at 10:45 pm the next night. I could not completely examine the vehicle. The next day I realized that the SD card that operated the navigation system was not present. After contacting the salesman, I got no result. I finally ordered one at my expense offline. I am waiting to see if my navigation system works at all. I am completely dissatisfied with the service at this dealership. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful environment, it’s a hoax. I was completely misled! More

I was actually about to purchase a vehicle from somewhere else but I felt like I would be cheating on Devin. He has kept communication with me by calling and seeing if I needed another vehicle.
