He then set me up with Blake to assist me when I arrived at the dealership and Blake was great! He let me go at my pace with no pressure and basically was like you tell me what you want. Then when I went to Shameka to do the finance paperwork, she was really great! The dealership was closed at this point and she did not rush and took her time and was super friendly. All 3 of the people I dealt with had amazing customer service skills and really made a great impression! More

On top of it all, we tried to return the car because we found out that we were not approved initially, so now we are stuck with a car payment which is $605 a month, and a car that we don’t like. Great Experience! We stopped by to look at a vehicle they had listed. Trey was our sales guy and he was great to deal with. Never pushed or pressured us to make a sal We stopped by to look at a vehicle they had listed. Trey was our sales guy and he was great to deal with. Never pushed or pressured us to make a sale. He was easy-going and just wanted us to make the right decision for us. We decided on the vehicle and went inside to “look at numbers”. Kate, the Finance Officer, came over and introduced herself and we negotiated with her directly. There was no “Well, let me see what my manager will let me do” and leave you sitting for 20-30 minutes at a time. She knew the numbers and I told her where I wanted to be and they made it happen. We were in and out in about 2 and a half hours. It was great. Because they made this experience so easy and streamlined, I will highly recommend anyone going there to see their huge inventory of vehicles. More

Excellent Customer Service I began my experience with Hendricks with Kevin, he was really great at making initial contact with me, very quick to respond, not pushy and very he I began my experience with Hendricks with Kevin, he was really great at making initial contact with me, very quick to respond, not pushy and very helpful. I explained my situation to him and that I didnt want to waist his time but he did still feel as though I could be helped and he made me feel very comfortable about coming in with less than average credit. Once I arrived a week later he was busy assisting another customer so I then was referred to Peter. I really didnt feel comfortable explaining my situation again especially now on site but as well to another person but Peter was fantastic and made me feel immediately comfortable and made me feel as though not everyone's credit is perfect but he as well felt confident he could assist me. Peter was great to listen to my needs and found the perfect car for me with ease. The process was seamless. Kate in the end was amazing as well. All of the team I encountered was nothing less than professional, knew their jobs and at the same time was very down to earth making the whole process feel comfortable. I am so very happy and relieved in my new car. Thank you all for your assistance and I will always refer Hendricks in the future to anyone i encounter and I will be back! More
