We took our Subaru car in for a regular service of oil change and tire location. 2 weeks later our son is driving on interstate and axle breaks and tire goes in the opposite direction. The service dept. did not order parts as they said and did not offer a car to drive even though it was their vault. They did not even call to provide an update. I’m concerned the car will never be the same to drive. Where is Alexander when you need the “Call me Alabama” guy? What they should do is just replace the vehicle. Sad and scary.
