Great service and an honest car dealership I have been getting my car serviced there for some time now. The staff in the service department are awesome. Especially Nate and Kaila. Recently I I have been getting my car serviced there for some time now. The staff in the service department are awesome. Especially Nate and Kaila. Recently I had some car trouble and got it fixed there. After a good amount of money spent the time came to decide whether or not to trade my car. I decided to trade. A gentleman named Trey Meares introduced himself and we began our conversation. I told him what I might want and he was more than helpful. He showed me a truck and we test drove it. During the drive I found Mr Meares to be genuine and really an honest person. After the drive I decided to think about my options. Mr Meares offered to bring others in if I wanted but I said no sir. I’ll let you know what I decide. Not long after I left I received a text thanking me for giving him the opportunity to speak with me today. Impressive. He also called me the next day to see if I had decided anything or had more questions that he might be able to help me with. Again I found mr Meares to be genuine and not pushy. Simply genuine. He also stated that should I decide to look elsewhere that he would like the opportunity to gain my business. I told him I would give him a shot if it came to that but I had to go out of town. While out of town I thought about Mr Meares. How genuine he had been how honest and really caring he had appeared to be and so I decided to go back to Hendrick not just because I got my service there but because of the integrity and genuine care Mr. Meares had displayed. Mr Meares was with another client but said hello and greeted us anyway. And said he would be right with us. After inquiring about several vehicles we decided on a GMC CANYON. Mr Meares made the entire deal one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. TRULY AN ASSET TO YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY!!! JOB WELL DONE MR MEARES!! I would also like to give a compliment to the young lady in financing. Miss Kate DeCosta. She was very friendly and very professional in our meeting. Really making our time a real pleasure. Pete went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist all 11 of us in our dire situation. Even staying past closing Pete found us a hotel & personally drove some of us to the hotel. Pete checked to make sure we got home & provides daily updates on our son-in-law’s vehicle. Pete provided exceptional customer service even though we were not there to purchase a vehicle. Our vehicle was towed to Hendricks Chevrolet where we met Pete. Despite all of our frustration with our situation Pete lended a listening ear. Not only that, but he was compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He wasn’t pushy. He wasn’t intrusive. He wasn’t defensive when we cursed our vehicle and chevy for the hard spot it put us in. Instead he super seeded any customer service experience that we could have asked for. He stayed past closing, then personally drove 3 of our passengers and luggage to a hotel so we could set up accommodations for the night . He remained at the hotel until we secured all the rooms we needed. He gave us his personal cell number and told us that if we had any issues to give him a call and he would be happy to assist. The next morning he checked in on us again when he returned to the dealership. Upon return to our home state he even called to make sure we arrived ok and gave me updates on our vehicle that we had to leave at the service shop. He did all of this knowing that he wasn’t going to make a sale. So when I say the best salesman’s ever I can say with confidence that he treated us with a higher expectation then we could have ever conceived at our lowest point, I can’t wait to deal with him again when we are ready to purchase.
