Xavier was great, from beginning to end. He was such a great help & a great communicator seeing that we traveled from Huntsville AL. Lisa was unkind & made things difficult for us. She presented us with an option to finance, although we already were approved and had chosen to be financed by our local credit union. Once, we kindly responded “no, thank you” to financing through the dealership, she began to make it problematic to provide us with the information we needed to carry back to the bank. Instead of listening, she chose to talk over me as I was trying to explain to her that all we needed at that moment was for info to be sent to the bank and we could come back the next day with the check and whatever else was to be needed. She began to be loud and rude, so to avoid the commotion we decided to leave. If my son hadn’t fallen in love with the car & if it weren’t for Xavier we would have chosen to purchase elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership due to our experience dealing with Lisa Looney. More
