I recently purchased two vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet , spending over $65,000 on each. While I am generally satisfied with the quality and performance of the vehicles, I am very disappointed to have rece , spending over $65,000 on each. While I am generally satisfied with the quality and performance of the vehicles, I am very disappointed to have received only one key for each vehicle. Considering the significant investment made, I expected to receive two keys per vehicle, which is usually standard practice and a reasonable expectation for vehicles in this price range. This oversight not only affects the convenience and security of using the vehicles but also impacts my overall satisfaction with the purchase. Although I don’t feel as if I should have been responsible myself to pay for another key for each vehicle but I even offered to buy a 2nd key and was given a contact number to some third party locksmith who supposedly can program 2 additional keys for a fraction of what the cost would be by the dealership. As of today, I still only have 1 key for each of my vehicles I purchased. Not a very happy customer and I can’t say that I would recommend Hendrick Chevrolet to anyone just for this reason. More
