Garett’s micromanaging style was disheartening and counterproductive by creating less trust in the buying process. He stated incorrect information and when directly addressed, he dismissed it stating the high volume of vehicles Hedrick’s has. His arrogance was suffocating and his presence was unnecessary. My salesperson Kaelah was intuitive and attentive. I walked into the dealership, made eye contact with the 4 salespeople standing up front and then greeted them. She was the only one to greet me back. She took care in listening to what I was interested in and showing me what was available. She also explained she would need to go to the other lot and set my expectations as to how long she would take to return. Excellent job communicating. (During my expected wait is when Gareth disturbed my peace. I digress.) Kaelah continued to develop rapport and respect. I test drove a vehicle and during the test drive, she casually gathered more information to paint a picture and make a sale later. Deposits come before withdrawals and the relationship is built before the transaction. Although I will not be purchasing from Hendricks, I appreciate the relationship and will refer people to her in the future. (I ordered a 2023 Jeep.) P.S.
