Once I made my choice he very quickly worked the dealership through the purchase/trade process. I feel that I received an good value for my trade-in and am very pleased with the new Chevrolet truck. Upon arriving at Hendrick all of the employees were very nice and helpful and the associate I talked to on the phone meet me. From this point on, vehicle viewing, contract negotiation, the financing and the final acceptance, the process could not have gone better. Heavy lifting Bought a used suv, asked for the multipoint inspection. Within 3 days of light driving the check engine light came on, it was the catalytic converter. Bought a used suv, asked for the multipoint inspection. Within 3 days of light driving the check engine light came on, it was the catalytic converter. Suv was still covered under the 3 month, 1000 miles, so took it to Hendrinks in VA. Then Hendricks sent it to Infinite where it sat waiting for confirmation of payment and work. Because it was warranty work. Although Hendricks did gives us a rental, it's not the suv we bought. And Noone seems to be communicated with each other, it's phone tag. Good way to keep customers, let them do all the heavy lefting. More

Today, on our way to the Outer Banks for vacation, an engine light came on, concerning our emissions system! With a 38 foot camper in tow, we were freaking out! We called Hendrick's Chevrolet and talked to Eric F. He told us to bring it in. Luckily we were not far from the dealership. He was very polite and understanding, and said he would try to fit us in as soon as possible. Clearly, they did not have to do that.
