Had an awesome experience with Nick Divone at Hendricks Chevrolet. Great trade in price for my lease and no back and forth BS. Then I purchased a vehicle from them. Great Experience. We were looking for a Suburban and Hendrick had the vehicle in stock. We live over two hours from the dealership and the salesman knew we had a long drive to get to the dealership. We had two communi vehicle in stock. We live over two hours from the dealership and the salesman knew we had a long drive to get to the dealership. We had two communications prior to arriving at the dealership. They knew the specific vehicle we were interested in. Upon arriving at the dealership, it was communicated that they did not have the Suburban we were in communication about and that GM ran their website and not them. They gave us the option of another vehicle which they put an additional $10,000 worth of options on above MSRP. Their behavior was sleazy and we told them we were not interested in purchasing from them. The salesperson then had the nerve to ask us if we still wanted to sell our existing car. More
Sold me a vehicle with a wasps nest in the air intake. Found out about it, when driving out west in New Mexico when suddenly I heard a sound and my car was broken down off the road with my family in it i Found out about it, when driving out west in New Mexico when suddenly I heard a sound and my car was broken down off the road with my family in it including a baby. When I got it to a repair shop, they found the nest that became dislodged and damaged the sensor. Had to get car towed 100 miles to nearest dealership to fix sensor since local shops could not. That cost me two hotel nights for my family in one town and mine in another getting towed overnight, the gas to pick up my family afterwards again from the other town, etc. The stress was unfathomable. The whole ordeal took over 6 hours of being out in the desert. I am told then by local mechanic and the dealership in Moriarty, NM that the best was there long time, causes the sensor issue, and also cause the air intake to over pressurize with the mountain elevation climbs that caused the tube to become dislodged. Spoke with my sales rep, told me they will take care of my extra cost. 6 months later and multiple communications ended months ago and never heard a reply back or been refunded my costs. The incident happened within 7 days of vehicle purchase. Update: Sales Manager called and apologized for the personnel, and everything that has happened. I appreciate the personal call versus email, and the expedited resolution to this problem. Keeping it at 3 stars, simply because this matter should not have taken this long to correct or reach a manage. More

BUYER BEWARE! If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from Hendricks Chevrolet, do extensive research prior to stepping foot into their facility. They will try to swindle you on price and trade i vehicle from Hendricks Chevrolet, do extensive research prior to stepping foot into their facility. They will try to swindle you on price and trade in. We had a HORRIBLE experience. Here’s our story: We found a used car on their website that we were interested in driving as well as purchasing. A client advisor reached out to us and made a ‘VIP’ appointment with him. Even though we had the appointment, he was ‘too busy’ and passed us off to another advisor. The vehicle we were interested in was not ready from the shop but we requested to test drive a similar vehicle. Said vehicle was so low on gas that it was chugging while driving. Advisor said ‘it’s just because we’re low on gas. We’re running on fumes, hopefully we make it back to the dealership’. Extremely unprofessional! They gave us another car to drive. This one too was extremely low on gas! Willing to look past these issues, we were still interested in the car. We sat down to talk numbers. Advised him that we had a trade in. The median market value for said trade in is $30k. I’m so glad I did my research prior to entering there because they came back with a trade offer of almost $10k under value. YES! I SAID $10,000!!! When I questioned the amount he said they are valuing at auction amount just in case they decide not to resell it. Quite honestly I call bull dust on that excuse!!! They would have turned around and listed it for no less than $33,000 and it would have sold because it’s in great condition with low miles for its age! When we told the advisor that wasn’t good enough, he told us we should just sell it outright and come back and pay cash!!! He said if we could show him other offers close to the amount we wanted, to bring said offers to him and they would see if they could match. We did just that. We sent him an email showing offers of $27k and $28k. We waited 24 hours. ZERO response. We decided to just move forward with one of the other dealerships. (Ended up with a better car, at a better price!) I then receive a voicemail from our original sales advisor (who we never interacted with in person) saying he was sorry that we couldn’t see eye to eye and if we had other questions to give him a call. I opted to email him back as to have documented proof of any further conversation. I explained the interaction and the insulting trade in offer in the email as well as advised I would be reviewing them regarding complete interaction. It was at this point that I received 2 phone calls and voicemails from himself (William Hancock) and his sales manager (Bob Stephenson). I then received an email from Bob apologizing and admitting that they had the trade value wrong and he was also sorry about the vehicles we were offered to test drive. He wanted to know what he could do to make this right. I am 100% sure this was only because I mentioned reviewing them and our experience. I advised him that we had already moved forward with another dealer. He then sent another email stating he spoke with his GM and wanted to offer us $27k for trade in and a $500 discount. Unfortunately for them, too little too late, as we were already buying a better car at a better price. This should have been offered immediately when they were called out on the insulting offer or at the very least after our FIRST email to the advisor, not after they’ve been told they’re getting a bad review. Moral of our story: If you take pride and value in your hard earned money, RUN, don’t walk, away from this dealer! They will try to scam and swindle you. If you do choose to work with them, be sure to do your research before entering and do not let them undervalue you or your knowledge! We can only hope by sharing our experience that it will save some unsuspecting buyer from being taken advantage of! More

Bad experience. My 9:20a.m. appointment took the whole day. They wouldn't give me a loaner. They dinged my door on the car lift and sent me down the road with no oil in my $57,000 truck.
