Went in because my check engine light was on, paid $1100 for labor and parts. 6 days later the light comes back on, they "fix" it, 3 days after that the light comes back on, the "fix" it again, and now it's for labor and parts. 6 days later the light comes back on, they "fix" it, 3 days after that the light comes back on, the "fix" it again, and now it's been another 6 days and surprise surprise.. the lights back on Either these mechanics don't know what they're doing or they aren't doing any work and just turn the code off. Being on a fixed income, we did not want anything that was going to compromise their financial situation, but we needed something that was going to be reliable and comfortable. We had the great pleasure of meeting Cameron Richards. Immediately we made it very clear up front why we were there and what are needs were both car specifics and financially. Cameron was VERY understanding and immediately went to work trying to meet all of our requests (even the totally insane ones LOL). Not once did we feel any "salesman pressure" from Cameron, it was just like working with an old friend. We truly felt like he was putting all of our needs first and not what was going to make him the most money. His integrity and good heart were present throughout the whole process. We would DEFINITELY recommend working with Cameron Richards for any of your sales needs, Cameron made sure everything was clearly communicated with his Sales Manager Raheen and Gary in financing.
