My disappointment comes from my wife and I actually signing all paperwork and being sold a Tahoe RST only to be told an hour+ later that the vehicle was “promised” to someone else. Actually, staff came to me about an hour+ later asking me if I would be interested in a Cadillac or Yukon which prompted me to asked if there were issues with my original purchase, That’s when I was told the Tahoe was promised to someone else. That was somewhat upsetting. My wife and I then met with the sale manager whom offered us a deal on a Tahoe LT in which we felt was a fair deal and agreed to purchase even though it was not what we initially agreed too. We were to pick the vehicle up the next day because it was coming from a sister store. However, 30 minutes later, we were told that vehicle was sold. Endless to say, I was sold 2 vehicles today and left with 0. My issue is that I agreed to the sale of the vehicle, completed the process of signing paperwork and was approved financing of the vehicles. With the amount of time we spent (3-4 hours) at your lot today and the purchasing process we went through., I would have hoped for a better experience when spending over $70,000 for a vehicle. I was confident my car hunting was over today. We will see how things end up. PS: I would still like to thank the staff for attempting to correct the situation today.. More

He sent some poor dude to give me the #s and was 6K below the low end of what I received online. When I questioned it I received a lot of BS. Was told Kia had appraised two days prior and it would be the same. When I left Kia a few days prior we were 6k above what this guy offered.
