It is extremely disappointing when you schedule a service appointment and plan for a day without a vehicle for it to be diagnosed, only to have your car not even looked at. It is more disappointing when, had appointment and plan for a day without a vehicle for it to be diagnosed, only to have your car not even looked at. It is more disappointing when, had it been diagnosed and covered, a rental would be available. I purchased my car here, so I didn't mind driving 30 min out of my way for the appointment, but I'm not sure I will plan to return. Everyone was very nice and apologetic about it, but being told I should plan for 2 days without a car next time I have an appointment is just not acceptable. I fully understand when repairs take time due to parts and other variables, but to have an appointment and not even be touched is a different story. More
